Harrison Lujan
About
Prior to joining Fulmer Sill, Harrison was General Counsel for Magnum Oil Tools International, Ltd., where he established the legal department and implemented many policies and procedures for the entire company. The position gave him a unique perspective on the “corporate mindset” and the importance of customer service and creating business strategies with the goal of providing better legal services. In his role at Fulmer Sill, Harrison manages the firm’s finances and is also a critical member of the mass torts and complex litigation team. Harrison currently represents over 75 cities, counties, and tribes in the nationwide opioid litigation, In Re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation, MDL No. 2804, Case No. 17-md-02804. Harrison was also involved in the filing of the first case in Oklahoma regarding the marketing and sale of JUUL, In Re: Juul Labs, Inc. Marketing, Sales Practices and Product Liability Litigation.
Education
Born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma, Harrison received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with distinction. Shortly after, he was admitted to both the Texas and Oklahoma Bar. Harrison is best known for his ability to “think outside the box” when approaching complex legal issues and it has afforded him many opportunities for creative solutions as an attorney.
